Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Satisfaction & 0% Failure Guarantee

At RenderVolt, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that creative deadlines are critical, which is why we offer a transparent, creator-first refund and credit policy.

2. Technical Failure Guarantee

If a render job fails due to an internal server error, hardware timeout, cluster node crash, or software discrepancy on our platform:

• Your account will be immediately credited 100% of the GPU compute minutes used for the affected job.
• Or, upon request, a full cash refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. 14-Day Refund Window for Unused Credits

If you purchase a GPU credit pack (such as the Emergency Fast-Pass or Creator 200 Pack) and have not utilized the credits, you may request a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions (such as the VIP Founding Member or Studio Plan) can be cancelled at any time with one click from your Cloud Console Billing tab. When cancelled, you will retain access to your remaining GPU minutes until the end of the current billing cycle without further charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or account credit, simply email support@rendervolt.com with your account email and transaction ID. Our support team reviews and processes requests within 24 hours.
